Yes, there's a minimum £3 fee per completed transaction. This ensures we can cover payment processing costs for smaller sales while keeping the overall rate competitive.

Pro members pay only 10% commission instead of 15%. If you sell more than £360/month in artwork, Pro pays for itself. Plus you get priority payouts and enhanced tools.

Standard licences cover typical commercial use (websites, social media, editorial). Extended licences add rights for broadcast, merchandising, and large-scale campaigns with higher print runs.

Yes, both Artist Pro and Buyer subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

60% of net subscription receipts go into a monthly Artist Pool and are paid out to opted‑in artists. Net receipts = subscription payments minus VAT/sales tax, refunds/chargebacks, and payment processing fees. We distribute the pool based on unique subscriber downloads (1 subscriber × 1 artwork counts once per billing month; re‑downloads don’t inflate payouts). If a subscriber doesn’t download anything that month, their share flows into the general pool for active artists.

A subscription download is one unique artwork licensed and downloaded by a subscriber in their billing month. Re‑downloading the same artwork doesn’t consume extra downloads or increase artist payouts. Previews/watermarked images don’t count. Self‑downloads and suspicious automated behaviour are blocked.

Yes! By default, your artwork is available to both direct buyers and subscribers. If you prefer direct sales only (at 15% or 10% commission), you can disable subscription access in your account settings. Your work will then only be available for one-off purchases.
