The seller platform fee is 15% with the free unified account or 10% while ALS Pro is current. Eligible checkout proceeds only after the launch-market, account, identity, rights, price, payment, payout and delivery controls for that transaction pass. The exact buyer total and seller allocation are shown before payment.
No. ALS uses one account. You can buy licences, publish eligible artwork and manage projects without selecting a buyer or artist account type.
No. Artwork licences are purchased separately. ALS Pro does not include download credits or a licence allowance.
While your ALS Pro entitlement is current, the seller platform fee on an eligible licence sale or eligible commission is 10% instead of the standard 15%. Support is available on the same basis to Standard and Pro accounts.
ALS Pro renews monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal in billing settings without an early cancellation fee; access continues until the end of the paid period. UK consumers may also have a 14-day cancellation right, subject to a proportionate charge where immediate service was expressly requested.
Your payment record shows when funds become eligible for payout and whether any reserve applies. Larger or higher-risk payments receive an additional safety review before checkout. We only release funds after the recipient account and payment record pass their required checks.
