Wait, how fast do I get my files?
Files and licence terms become available after payment confirmation, licence issuance, and the required access checks.
What's the catch with the fees?
The platform commission is 15% standard or 10% with active ALS Pro on eligible sales. There is no separate platform-fee minimum or cap, and checkout shows the buyer total, commission, and seller amount before payment.
What payment and tax records do I get?
Enabled flows keep licence, payment, and receipt records together. VAT/reporting records appear only where applicable and remain for accountant review; no external accounts-team approval is claimed.
Can my agency get custom terms?
Agency procurement is staged. Purchase-order fields, advanced approvals, and custom terms require a supported flow, a signed sales agreement, and launch approval; contacting sales starts qualification only.
How do I manage my privacy settings?
