Approach

• Automated pre‑screening to catch obvious issues.
• Human review for nuanced cases and all appeals.
• Turnaround goals: triage within 24h; resolution ≤ 14 days.

Use of AI and Automation

• We use automated tools and AI systems (including our internal assistant, Studio Mentor) to help screen and prioritise content, and to draft guidance for artists and moderators.
• These tools do not replace human judgment. Final decisions about removals, account actions and DMCA responses are always made by human reviewers.

Appeals

• Provide specific reason codes and evidence requirements.
• Status tracking and communication via the dispute centre.
