1. UK Service Agreement

These terms apply to all services provided by ArtLicenseStudio Ltd to customers resident in the United Kingdom. By using our platform, you agree to these UK-specific terms.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in £GBP and include 20% UK VAT
• Payment processing through Stripe UK Ltd
• Consumer protection under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
• 14-day cooling-off period for digital services

3. Copyright and Licensing

All artwork commissioned through our platform is protected under UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Licensing agreements are governed by UK law.

4. Consumer Rights

• Right to satisfactory quality under Consumer Rights Act 2015
• Right to revisions within agreed scope
• Right to refund within 14 days if unsatisfied
• Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) available

5. Data Protection

Your data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. All data is stored within the UK/EU.
