VAT or sales tax is shown where applicable and where the payment flow is enabled.
Stripe-backed checkout where payment flows are enabled.
Downloads and licence-vault metadata exports are available after licence issuance and access checks on approved payment flows.
Consumer protection under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
Digital-content cancellation rights follow the current Refund Policy.

3. Copyright and Licensing

All artwork commissioned through our platform is protected under UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Licensing agreements are governed by UK law.
