Referrals Programme Terms

1. Overview

The Art Licence Studio referrals programme (the “Programme”) allows existing users (“Referrers”) to invite new users (“Referrals”) to the platform and receive rewards. By participating you agree to these terms, our Terms and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

• Open to registered users in good standing (no account suspensions or policy breaches).
• Referrals must be new to Art Licence Studio and meet onboarding requirements.
• Self‑referrals and duplicate accounts are not eligible.

3. Referral Codes and Links

• Each Referrer is assigned a unique referral code and share link available after sign‑in.
• Referrals must register via the share link, or enter the code on sign‑up, for tracking to apply.
• We may reject or revoke codes used in breach of these terms.

4. Rewards and Limits

• Buyer reward: Referrers receive a £10 account credit when their Referral completes their first eligible purchase.
• Artist reward: When a referred artist completes their first sale, the Referrer qualifies for a 5% reduction in platform commission on their own sales for 90 days (from award date).
• Credits are non‑transferable, have no cash value, and may be used against future purchases where permitted.
• Fair‑use limits may apply, including monthly caps on rewards and rate limits for code usage. Any attempt to game or abuse the Programme (e.g., self‑referrals, duplicate accounts) voids rewards.

5. Qualification

• Rewards are granted only after payment success is confirmed via Stripe.
• Orders that are refunded, charged back, or cancelled are not eligible.
• We may require identity or account verification before releasing rewards.

6. Programme Changes

We may modify or terminate the Programme at any time to ensure fairness and platform integrity. Changes will not impact rewards already earned but not yet applied unless fraudulent behaviour is detected.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from rewards. We do not provide tax advice.
