Rights and transaction authority
- You remain the copyright owner and source licensor. For each approved order, you authorise ALS to conclude and issue the exact non-exclusive Licence Certificate for an approved static 2D artwork or approved self-contained GLB artwork and deliver the governed file.
- You must control the necessary rights and accurately disclose authorship, AI involvement, third-party rights, restrictions and compatibility information.
- For a GLB offer, you must provide a separate reduced public-preview GLB, a static poster and the private source GLB. You must not include external resources, scripts, extensions, animation, skins or hidden payloads.
- Exclusive licences, physical art, printing, physical manufacture or 3D printing, non-GLB 3D formats, ImagePress credits and other excluded money products are outside the initial paid release.
Commission work and release conditions
- Only accept a governed paid commission where the project shows verified funding or an approved funding exception, the principal/payer/supervisor are identified, and the brief states deliverables, stage amounts, acceptance conditions and licence scope.
- ALS facilitates records, delivery controls, dispute workflow and delivery-gated transfer instructions. ALS does not promise a regulated third-party payment-custody service, payroll or day-to-day supervision.
- A disputed, chargeback-affected, unsafe, fraudulent or legally blocked stage can pause only the affected amount where records permit. Accepted and undisputed stages should remain eligible for review and release.
- Do not start work based only on a message, draft budget or off-platform promise. If the platform status looks wrong, contact support before beginning or delivering the stage.
Fee and settlement
- For an eligible licence sale or eligible commission, ALS deducts 15% from the Artist gross amount, or 10% only where the server records a current ALS Pro entitlement at contract formation. There is no separate fee minimum or cap.
- ALS Pro is one optional unified-account membership at £9 monthly or £90 annually in the UK, or $9 monthly or $90 annually in the US. It does not change separately purchased artwork-licence pricing or include download credits, seats or a revenue pool.
- ALS absorbs payment-processing fees. The Support Fund contribution is zero and no additional processor or Support Fund deduction is made from Artist settlement.
- Each new paid licence or commission uses exactly one supported market and currency pair throughout: GB/GBP or US/USD. The price, charge, Artist settlement and receipt remain in that currency; ALS does not convert or aggregate currencies.
- The Buyer total sets the tier in the order currency. Up to £500 on a GB order or $500 on a US order has 14-day eligibility after the later of payment and governed delivery with no reserve. £500.01–£2,000 or $500.01–$2,000 has 90% eligible on that day and 10% scheduled at day 120.
Reserve, refunds and disputes
- £2,000.01–£8,000 on a GB order or $2,000.01–$8,000 on a US order cannot reach checkout until the AAL2-authenticated ALS director records an exact, expiring, one-use decision for the parties, Artwork, licence, total and currency, including a 14–120 day hold, 0–10% reserve, release date, reason and review evidence.
- ALS bears payment-provider-facing first loss for processor fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks and negative provider balances.
- ALS may recover from pending or future settlement only an evidenced loss caused by your breach, fraud, rights failure, unauthorised delivery or material misdescription, after notice and a fair challenge route. ALS does not debit your bank without a separate valid mandate or legal basis.
Verification and reporting
- You must be a verified adult in the UK or US, use your own account, identify any represented organisation and complete required identity, payout, tax, fraud and sanctions checks.
- ALS may collect and report legally required seller identity, tax, transaction, fee and settlement information to HMRC or another competent authority and provide you a copy of reportable information.
- Moderation, rights and settlement status comes from the server-authoritative record. Studio Mentor and automated signals do not approve an artwork, licence, payment or payout.
- A public poster or reduced GLB preview is not the licensed source. ALS may deliver the private source GLB only after the exact licence, package, payment and buyer access evidence is authoritative.
